established in 1990 with the goal of offering exceptional training programs that are

Meet Dave O'Brien:
Dave is founder president of O’Brien Management Group, a
boutique corporate training group, helping individuals and
organizations be more productive, effective, and accountable.
Dave brings his practical business
experience, his friendly facilitation style and over fifteen
years of successful training into his workshops. He has worked
with and motivated thousands of individuals from senior level
executives to service support personnel, from engineering teams
to human resource professionals, to individual contributors to
enhance and improve their ability to successfully accomplish
both their business and personal goals.
Before founding O’Brien Management Group,
Dave worked for over seventeen years as Director of Development
Engineering for a number of Silicon Valley companies. His hands
on experience and working with some of the cutting edge
companies gave him insights and strategies for increasing
productivity as companies grew and shifted with the changing
technology trends in Silicon Valley.
Dave also worked with the Dale Carnegie
organization as a facilitator for their management programs;
delivered DDI programs as a Certified Facilitator; facilitated
hundreds of workshop programs; and coached over a thousand
individuals on a one-to-one basis in the areas of personal and
team effectiveness. His education includes a BSEE from
Northeastern University in Boston, numerous graduate courses,
and years of practical experience.
