PROGRAM OBJECTIVES: Meetings are
ever-present in the workplace today. They are absolutely
necessary to accomplish key team and corporate objectives, and
yet they can also become vehicles for lost time, and decreased
motivation. This workshop for managers, project leaders and
individuals focuses on developing the guidelines and processes
for facilitating effective meetings to ensure maximum team
productivity and ownership.

PROGRAM
FORMAT: This program is a highly interactive, four-hour,
workshop. It unfolds as an ideally run meeting, where
participants learn by doing – facilitating, discussing and
planning. Each participant receives his or her own Learning
Guide for use during the workshop and to reinforce retention in
the workplace. An optional one-on-one Personal
Consultation for each participant is also available to support the learning
retention process and to help ensure maximum application. |
